since the 9th generation of consoles came, many people are having an argument about play station 5 and Xbox Series X and S, a group think that play station is better, others side with Microsoft, and in the end, nothing happens, which means, either the fact of the whole argument is nonsense, or we are fighting about a wrong Ideology, which will lead to cold relationships, sadness, and other things that will happen, which listing them like a shrink, will do no good, and what is good, is to talk about the path to seek, to get out of this fight. now, remember, in the end, I, the writer of this post will side with one of these: sony, Microsoft. now, this doesn't mean that I am telling this as a fan, I like them both, both have some pros and some cons, which we will talk about it.
since these consoles came, people are looking to their pockets, and feel confused between Xbox and Playstation, just like when I did 4 years ago. as a mother, or a father, we want to buy the best thing for our children, of course, budget matters, but now, we have to leave the budget thing, because that will take us to a road which is not related to the topics above, the money issue is what made us a deep- depressed human. so we skip that part, dubby dub... and let's talk logically.
1- exclusive games
we all know that some companies and games will come for a specified group of consoles, some for PC's ( strategy games usually ), some for PS ( Naughty dog's production) and some for Xbox ( Forza ), there is Also Nintendo and other stuff, but we are skipping that.
Xbox, has Racing games, like Forza, while when we travel to the Japanese company The sony's side, we see that the only thing that is missing is the race games.
Xbox, aside from the whole racing game stuff, is laking of good exclusive games, now don't get me wrong, having a Racing based game is good, but it is not enough, Play station is powerful at story typed games, such as Last of Us, Uncharted, and other games, which are fantastic in their story.
now, I don't say that Xbox is not having any story game, Tell me why is story typed for example; but, as you can see, each to their strength, we can say, and Xbox is strong at racing, while sony, is better at the story.
2- hardware
now, they say that Play station is a little weak, versus the Xbox, as the hardware, but both are 9th generation, with their perfect graphic, so we can say that this is not so big, both are perfect, and I personally, won't argue about something that the has a mini difference.
so, if we judge logically, we see that the most important parameter is the exclusive games, which most of us are not giving a shit about it, while it matters! the hardware of both of these products are that much to support the games and have good functionality, but the most important matter to discuss is the game. so, choose for yourself, and remember, maybe, Xbox will try to get better at story typed games, as we saw in Tell me why, they have potential, and maybe PS5 will try to reach the racing game, so, at that point, the only matter will be the hardware. but wait, this is all imagination, patience is the key, yet until it reveals, we have to choose.
